CREDIT TERMS
Net thirty days. Shipping terms are FOB shipping point, prepaid, and added to the invoice.
NEW ACCOUNT

CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received indicating the expected date your order will be shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will be notified by email by Federal Express (our default shipping method) or Human Cell Co. with the necessary tracking information. Finally, you will be invoiced via mail or email (your preference) against your purchase order.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Domestic orders received by
1 PM Central time Monday through Thursday are generally shipped within 48-72h by FedEx Express and will arrive the following day by 3 PM. Any order placed on Friday will typically ship on Monday (excluding US holidays). International orders generally ship on Monday or Friday.
Shipping fees:
- FedEx shipping fee varies from state to state.
- $35 handling and $5/kg dry ice fee applies to every domestic order
- $50 handling and $5/kg dry ice fee applies to every international order
